Notary<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notary fees vary according to the price of the property and the complexity of the document, but are usually between <strong>\u20ac600 and \u20ac1,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
